- Comprendre la torréfaction, l’analyse sensorielle (cupping), choisir son café
- Passage en revue du matériel barista
- Réglage du moulin
- Composer une recette espresso
- L’espresso parfait : extraire un espresso dans les règles de l’art
- Texturer son lait : la mousse de lait micro-bulles
- Initiation au Latte Art
- Passage en revue des boissons incontournables du coffee-shop
- Gestion de l’espace de travail et “workflow”
- Les points clés d’un service client de qualité: résolution des problèmes et exercices de mise en situation
- Entretenir et nettoyer son matériel.

Cette formation se déroule sur 3 jours consécutifs dans notre atelier de torréfaction/école situé à Escalquens, dans l'agglomération toulousaine.

An annual gathering of roasters from around the world

 

Learn, improve, and build skill as a roaster while sharing a great experience with others in your community.

Over the course of 3 days, attendees will have the opportunity to attend hands-on roasting sessions, workshops, and talks based on topics: green, business, and roasting, led by experienced roasters and industry professionals!

Other highlights of Camp include the popular team challenge, cuppings, and opportunity to participate in SCA Coffee Skills Program as Roasting Foundation and Sensory Foundation will be available (additional fees apply). Please note: Sensory Foundation will run alongside Roasting Foundation and therefore attendees will not be able to participate in both courses.
